About the Darlington Children & Young People’s Directory
The Children & Young People Directory is a free and impartial service, which provides up to date and accurate information about all children and young people’s service providers.
The aim is to provide a high quality, friendly and confidential service that provides equal opportunity and accurate, impartial information, advice and support.
We will provide a service from 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday – Thursday and 8.30am – 4.30pm on Friday although e-mails and access to the website will be 24 hours a day. Telephone calls outside of these working hours will be greeted by an answer machine service and staff will contact callers on their return to work.
